Jocelyn Seitter

Jocelyn Seitter is an Associate in Fleischner Potash’s insurance coverage group.  With her extensive experience as both a law firm associate and TPA  Claims adjuster, Jocelyn has the legal and practical knowledge that broadens her evaluation and understanding of coverage issues.  She prepares coverage opinions on a variety of issues and represents carriers in all phases of coverage litigation in disputes involving commercial general liability, commercial excess and umbrella, and commercial property policies.

Her years of experience in both the law firm and Claims setting includes handling fraud investigations, subrogation matters, antitrust litigation and  high exposure Labor law and construction defect claims.  Jocelyn is located in Buffalo and handles appearances for the firm on both coverage and defense matters filed in nearby Upstate NY jurisdictions.
