Stuart G. Glass obtained a partial summary judgment on behalf of a scaffold maintenance/training company. Mr. Glass submitted a motion to renew and reargue and a Notice of Appeal. Based on the arguments raised by Mr. Glass, which could have potentially reversed the dismissals obtained by the co-defendants, when the case was mediated and subsequently settled, no contribution was made by the scaffold maintenance/training company.
