Partner Stuart Glass obtained a defense verdict in Supreme Court Nassau County. Plaintiff claimed that while dining at a Country Club he was struck in the head and shoulder by a 75 pound decorative amusement pole during a holiday party/event. It was claimed that our client had negligently installed the pole and failed to properly supervise the party. The jury returned a unanimous defense verdict for our client after 47 minutes of deliberation and found the co-defendant Country Club 100% liable.
