For more than twenty-five years Bill’s primary practice has been insurance coverage and defense litigation, including both trials and appeals. Bill’s coverage and defense work involves wide and diverse areas, including professional liability (insurance agents and brokers, real estate agents and brokers, directors and officers, debt collectors, actuaries); property and casualty; maritime (ocean marine and inland marine cargo/transit losses, air cargo/transit losses); employment discrimination; and mass tort litigation (New York DES litigation, New York Latex litigation, Port Authority of New York/New Jersey Asbestos litigation).
