Jason Steinberg

As a trial attorney and appellate advocate, Jason's decades of experience includes practicing in the state and federal courts of New York  and Connecticut.

Jason has defended and tried cases and  has reported decisions  involving all matters of construction litigation including New York Labor Law,  municipal and product liability, motor vehicle and trucking litigation, negligent security and employment, Dram Shop and medical malpractice.

Jason's  vast experience  and meticulous preparation includes handling complex matters involving  the highest levels of excess exposure cases for owners and contractors; his expertise has resulted in numerous successful results on motions for summary judgment at both the state and appellate level.
