Karl comes to FP with a decade of experience successfully litigating complex coverage and liability matters. He is an accomplished litigator who draws on his experience handling matters ranging from construction injury and defects litigation to professional liability, product liability and contractual claims. Karl has achieved positive results in high exposure cases in trial and appellate courts throughout the State of New York. He combines his legal acumen with his international experiences and technological skills to collaborate with claims professionals to develop successful and cost-efficient case resolutions. Karl earned his B.A. from Drew University, Masters from Durham University in England and J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.
