Evan Scott Rosen has decades of experience as trial counsel in high exposure negligence claims, employment disputes, contract disputes, product liability matters and commercial auto and  trucking matters.  His practice also includes insurance coverage litigation  encompassing property, third-party liability and insurance coverage claims, subrogation and P.I.P matters.  Having litigated cases as both counsel for plaintiffs and defendants as well as serving as staff counsel for numerous insurance carriers, Evan has a unique and unparalleled approach in evaluating claims  from inception through trial.  

He has utilized his multifaceted skill set on behalf of corporate entities as well as private clients, while managing and mentoring junior attorneys who have benefited from his wealth or experience.  

In his spare time, Evan provides pro bono legal support to clients in need of legal representation and, for over 15 years, coached youth baseball, soccer and basketball in New Jersey.
