Associate
Dee Jae Diliberto is an associate in the firm’s Insurance Defense Practice Group. She draws upon a breadth of experience in the medical field when evaluating high exposure bodily injury claims. Prior to entering the legal profession, she built a successful career in the healthcare industry, working as a surgical assistant and medical administrator. She also operated her own practice efficiency consulting firm and managed clinical research trials. During that time, she attended evening classes at CUNY/ Hunter College, completing a two-year post-baccalaureate pre-med curriculum. She graduated cum laude from Tampa College with a Bachelor of Business Administration and a minor in Marketing. Before joining Fleischner Potash, she founded and managed her own mediation and arbitration practice. Dee Jae represented plaintiffs and defendants in multiple venues and is also trained in cybersecurity and data privacy.
Dee Jae is deeply committed to community service and environmental advocacy. She has served for many years on numerous boards and committees for nonprofit organizations, including Make A Wish Foundation, The Katie Oppo Research Fund, The Theodore Roosevelt Sanctuary and Audubon Society, Seeds of Faith and Friends of the Bay.
