Andrew Padover is a senior associate in the firm’s Insurance Defense Practice Group. Andrew concentrates his practice on high exposure civil and commercial litigation matters and has represented institutional clients, self-insured clients and construction companies in various Labor Law, construction accident and premises liability matters.

An accomplished litigator and skilled oral advocate, Andrew is recognized for exceptional motion practice and persuasive courtroom advocacy. With a strong track record of achieving significant victories, he combines strategic legal analysis with compelling advocacy to deliver successful outcomes for clients.

Andrew began his litigation career as a member of the plaintiff’s bar, which allows him to bring a nuanced approach to development of defense strategies.  Over the course of his career, he has counseled clients in all phases of litigation from inception through trial.  His attention to detail and aggressive approach in developing litigation plans compliments his diverse legal skills and cost effective approach to defending claims.
